About Us

Administrative Claim Service, Inc. (ACS) was established in 1993. The principal owner, who founded ACS's subsidiary Administrative Computer Consultants, Inc. (ACC) in 1982, continues to play a key role in the company's day-to-day operations.

From its inception, ACS has provided innovative programs to the insurance industry. While the strength of ACS lies in its recorded statement and transcription services, ACS's foreign language department, recorded statement workshops, national field photograph service and analytical capabilities provide clients valuable services in support of their core business.

The goal of ACS is to provide innovative, productive and cost saving services to our clients and to support them with excellent customer service.
